🧴 Ingredients (For 200ml Spray Bottle)
1 tablespoon Fenugreek Seeds (Dana Methi)
1 tablespoon Dried Rosemary Leaves
2 cups (approx. 400ml) filtered water

Optional:
4–5 drops Vitamin E oil
5 drops Rosemary essential oil (for stronger effect)

ü•£ Method 1: Boiled (Stronger Formula)
Add 2 cups of water to a steel pan and bring it to a boil.
Add fenugreek seeds and rosemary leaves.
Simmer on low heat for 10–12 minutes.
Turn off the heat and cover for 30 minutes.
Let it cool completely.
Strain using a fine cloth or strainer.
Pour into a clean spray bottle.

👉 Store in the refrigerator. Use within 7–10 days.

❄️ Method 2: No-Boil (Mild Formula)
Soak fenugreek seeds and rosemary in water overnight (8–10 hours).
Strain in the morning and use.
This method is milder and suitable for sensitive scalp.

Spray directly onto the scalp.
Gently massage for 5 minutes.
Leave for 2–3 hours or overnight.
Use 3–4 times per week.
